7 layer pudding

1st layer
1 cup flour
1 stick of butter
1 cup finely chopped nuts

mix together and press firmly into 9x13 pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 20 mins and completely cool

2nd layer
8oz cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup cool whip.
mix well and spread onto cool crust

3rd layer
1 box instant choc pudding
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cool whip

mix till blended and spread onto 2nd layer

4th layer same as #3 using french vanilla pudding

5th layer same as #3 and #4 using pistachio pudding

6th layer heavy layer of cool whip

7th layer grate a hershey bar& sprinkle on top(I use the huge hershey bar) chill for several hours before serving!! ENJOY :)

Sweet Potato Pudding Casserole

3 cups mashed sweet potaotes
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup of butter
1/2 cup of milk

1 tsp of vanilla
Mix well all the above and put into greased casserole dish….set aside

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts (walnut or pecan)
1/3 cup melted butter
mix well and top the mixture that was set aside above..

bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees

Chicken Spaghetti casserole

16oz spaghetti
8oz velvetta
3 chicken breast
2 cans of cream of chicken soup

In large pot boil 3 chicken breast for about 25 mins or until done, take them out of the pot and in the same water put the spaghetti in to cook. While you are waiting for the spaghetti noodles to be done you can shred the chicken breast into pieces. You will also need cube the velvetta into pieces as well and set aside. Once the noodles are done, drain and add in the velvetta, 2 cans of soup and 3 chicken breast. Mix very well and put into a large casserole dish. You will need to put into the over at 350 for about 20 minutes. I serve this dish with garlic bread and salad....Enjoy.

Tuna Casserole

1 can of tuna
1 bag of extra wide noodles
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (you can use 1 can if you prefer)
shredded chedder cheese

cook noodles as directed. Drain...add tuna and soup, make sure to mix well. You can use one can if you like. Once you have it mixed well, put into a casserole dish and put shredded cheese all over the top. Put foil over the top and put into over for about 20 mins at 350. I serve this with garlic bread and salad.

Fruit salad

1 sugar baby watermelon, or 1/2 watermelon, seeds removed and diced
1 cantaloupe, seeds removed and diced
4 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh blackberries
1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups seedless white grapes
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and diced medium
4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, diced medium and tossed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent oxidation
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

In a large bowl, combine watermelon, cantaloupe, kiwi, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and apples. Pour orange juice over and gently fold together, Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

For a more elegant presentation, all melon can be cut into balls using a melon baller, and the rest of the fruit can be arranged on a platter instead of in a bowl
